About

I built this because I needed it and it didn't exist.

I'm Codie. I lost over 90kg. And what came after the weight loss was something I was completely unprepared for.

People see the transformation and think the hard part is over. It isn't. What followed was a quieter, more disorienting kind of hard. Excess skin I didn't know how to navigate. Surgery decisions with no one to walk me through them honestly. A body that kept changing while my identity tried to catch up.

The feeling of being in between — no longer who I was, not yet who I was becoming — with very little support for that specific, strange, in-between space.

I felt isolated in a way that's difficult to explain. The medical system managed the clinical parts. But everything else — the questions at 11pm, the uncertainty before a big decision, the emotional weight of changing your whole life — I figured out alone.

I don't think anyone should have to do that.

What I kept noticing — in my own experience and in so many others — was that this space had almost nothing designed for it. The practical questions rarely got answered. Pathways to care, what to do and when — chronically under-discussed. There were so many gaps. The first obvious one we could fill was compression garments and recovery essentials — products that were genuinely hard to find, surrounded by misinformation, with too many people making critical decisions based on the wrong advice through no fault of their own.

That's where we started. It's why we exist.

We're here for the stages that are most often overlooked. When you're between appointments and the questions keep coming. When you're trying to make a big decision and the internet gives you a thousand answers, none of them quite right for you. When the physical part is done but everything else is still catching up.

Practical, honest, lived-experience support. Not a medical service. Not a generic wellness platform. Something more specific than that, and more human.

Whatever version of becoming you're in — you don't have to figure it out alone.
