Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and relaxed.
Underbust
Measure directly under your bust where your bra band sits, snug but not tight.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.
Upper Arm
Measure around the fullest part of your upper arm.
